The Philosophers, based on real events at an Ivy League university, tells the story of a philosophy department meeting that descends into chaos after the discovery of photographs of a professor sexually cavorting with his students. Yael, the imperious and moralizing department chair, seeks the ultimate punishment for Mickey, the charming but utterly corrupt professor in the photos, who seduces the other professors into believing that transgression can liberate them from their prisons of philosophical thought. At turns ridiculous and serious, The Philosophers looks at the relationships between thinking men and women whose animality is set to explode.

Drowning girls begins with a gasp, a breath of life.  Three ghostly brides emerge, spluttering and gasping, from three bathtubs full of water to gather evidence against their womanizing, murderous, husband by reliving the shocking events leading up to their deaths.
The Drowning Girls recounts the story of Bessie, Alice and Margaret, three of the wives of George Joseph Smith, an Edwardian opportunist who made a living marrying women, taking out life insurance policies for them and subsequently drowning them in their baths. Full of rich images, a myriad of characters, a quirky sense of humor and lyrical language, The Drowning Girls is breathtaking.
